  This cottage was fully renovated in 1998; in an elevated and open position next to Perstova, and was originally one of the oldest houses in Innvik. In its renovated condition it has room for up to 5 persons, with one full and 2 half floors. Lower floor: basement lounge with large sofa bed, entrance from the garden. Main floor: lounge with three-piece suite, dining table, woodburning stove. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave oven. Corridor. Bathroom with shower/toilet, and washing machine. Sauna! Attic: large bedroom, double bed. Corridor with double sofa bed. Fixtures and fittings blending beautifully in. Door to the garden, with a marvellous view over the village, the scenery, the fjord, and the mountains. Garden furniture, green area round the cottage. 20 metres from Perstova.

* min 7 days, Saturday-Saturday. Arrival 5pm at the earliest; departure 12 noon at the latest (or as agreed).

Terms:

20 % of the total price to be paid with the booking, the balance to be paid before arrival.

The latest date for payment will be given when the booking is confirmed.

The guests are liable for any loss of/damage to fixtures and fittings of any kind.

The prices quoted include electricity and wood for heating.

Please clean the cottage thorougly before you leave. If you want us to do it, you must arrange this in advance. The cost is NOK 400.

If you want to hire bedlinen, please let us know in good time. The cost is NOK 75 per person.

Extra bed(s), i.e. for more than 5 persons, have to be booked in advance. The price is NOK 50 per person per day.
