  A cottage in the best Nordfjord tradition, built around 1850 (completely renovated in 1999). It is of the "laft" type - i.e. a log construction where the timbers are joined in the corners by notching. Situated in an elevated, quiet, and open position, approx. 2 kms (just over 1 mile) from the centre of Innvik, it has magnificent views over the village, the tranquil scenery, the fjord, and the mountains.
The size of the cottage is about 80m² and equipped for up to 6 persons. It has two separate entrances, a large lounge with three-piece suite, dining table, and a woodburning stove. The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge, microwave oven, and washing machine, plus a woodburning stove (range). Bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms with double bed (good mattresses!), and one bedroom with two single beds on the "hems" (a kind of balcony-bedroom). The cottage is extraordinarily charming and cosy, with lots of traditional Norwegian furniture, decorations, and other details, creating a real old-fashioned atmosphere. Garden with garden furniture. 20 metres from Nystova.

Terms:

20 % of the total price to be paid with the booking, the balance to be paid before arrival.

The latest date for payment will be given when the booking is confirmed.

The guests are liable for any loss of/damage to fixtures and fittings of any kind.

The prices quoted include electricity and wood for heating.

Please clean the cottage thorougly before you leave. If you want us to do it, you must arrange this in advance. The cost is NOK 400.

If you want to hire bedlinen, please let us know in good time. The cost is NOK 75 per person.

Extra bed(s), i.e. for more than 5 persons, have to be booked in advance. The price is NOK 50 per person per day.
